How it works?
1. Pay and sign up for your 6 Week Peak Plan
2. Complete the consultation form and testing session
3. We will agree on a start date based on availability and your preference then prepare your plan
4. You’ll start your plan and have weekly access to ask any questions or for advice
5. Get out there and smash your goals or sign up for a the Kaizen plan
