We work with climbers all over the worlds leveraging various online tools to provide comprehensive remote coaching. These include video calls for consultations and assessments, online training apps for delivering and tracking your training plans, and email or instant messaging apps to stay in touch with your coach. These tools allow us to tailor our coaching to your specific needs and provide ongoing support no matter where you are.
We work with climbers of all levels, from beginners to elite athletes. Our clients have included Olympic athletes, female 9a climbers, route setters, nurses, rope access technicians, business owners, officeworkers, single mums, and young competition climbers. No matter your experience level or background, we would love to help you improve your climbing.
Whether you’re a pro climber looking to take things to the next level on rock or a newer climber wanting to kickstart your improvement at the climbing wall, we’ll identify your needs and make a plan appropriate for wherever you are in life or your climbing journey.
Absolutely! Our training plans are designed to be flexible and can be adapted to fit your schedule and available facilities. We have experience working with climbers from all walks of life, with busy work and family commitments. A training plan is the best we to make the most out of your available resources and it is more time-effective than drifting around the gym without a focus. We can help you structure your life and find pockets of time to train, with sessions taking as little as 20 minutes.
We have written plans for those who frequently travel for business trips, work on oil rigs, and can only train with a portable fingerboard or those with full access to modern gyms and training facilities.
To get the full value out of a training plan with us, the reasonable minimum would be:
- 6 hours a week
- Access to a small climbing wall or board
- A fixed or portable fingerboard
- A space for bodyweight exercises, gymnastics rings, or weights
Our 6-week fully personalized plans require an investment of £200, and our full monthly coaching package costs £200 every 4 weeks. It's less than the cost of a coffee or pint in many parts of the world to have access to a training plan and the knowledge and experience of world-class climbers and coaches.
Your training plan can include whatever we think will best help you improve your climbing. We'll also consider any forms of training you're psyched to experiment with and take into account what you've already done.
Some of the training plan elements can include:
- Fingerboarding

- Circuits
- Movement drills
- Campusing
- Resistance training with weights or bodyweight
- Endurance training
