Climber Stories
Real results from real climbers
"I'm really looking forward to getting back into training. I've never felt as strong as I did this spring when I followed the group's plan, and I'm excited to join again."
"I doubled my finger strength in the drag position…"
"The training has helped a lot, I climbed 8c in three sessions this week and I'm really happy."
"I'm really enjoying the training and finding it super useful. I've used another training program in the past, but this one is way better. I like that the exercises are simple and not too time-consuming, I can complete every session and still have extra climbing sessions for myself during the week. My other plan, by contrast, just felt gimmicky, with loads of weird exercises that were hard to follow."
"The plan was great, first time I've ever really followed anything. Loved having a structure, especially on days I didn't think I had time to train. It kept me accountable, and the S&C was simple and effective."
"At the beginning, I couldn't even hang bodyweight on a 20mm edge, neither in half crimp nor three-finger drag. On Friday, I hit a personal best, +12.5kg on half crimp and +10kg on three-finger drag. Feels great, and my tweaky finger is way better since introducing max hangs."

Better movement, not just more effort

I’m Buster, a dedicated climber and coach working with everyone from weekend warriors to Olympic athletes.
I’ve been climbing for nearly 20 years and have spent most of that time studying the science and art of training for climbing, consolidating my knowledge with a degree in sports therapy. Applying this to my own climbing, I’ve climbed 9a+/5.15a four times, V14 boulders, and iconic routes like Action Directe and Hubble.
As a coach, I’ve worked with climbers from all walks of life—9b athletes, international route setters, Olympians, and those just starting out, whether it’s chasing their first 7a on rock or nailing a MoonBoard project while balancing busy family and work lives.
My experience has shown me how far some structure and accountability can go, which is why I’ve created this training team alongside my personalised coaching plans.
Join me and the community and we’ll work together to help you achieve your climbing goals or even just stay consistent with your training.
