What exactly is the Kaizen Progression Program?

It’s a structured monthly training plan and training team designed by professional climber and coach Buster Martin. Every 4 weeks, you’ll receive a training block that includes sessions for fingerboarding, strength and conditioning, and climbing, all designed to help you progress efficiently.

Who is the program for?

Anyone who wants to improve their climbing, stay consistent with training, or work within a structured program. Whether you’re pushing advanced grades or starting out on your first training journey, the program is adaptable to your level.

What makes this program different?

The Kaizen Progression Program combines decades of climbing experience, evidence-based training methods, and a supportive community of like-minded climbers. You’ll get guidance, accountability, and educational resources to better understand your training.

What’s Included?

What will I receive each month?

Each 4-week training block includes:

Fingerboard training: 1-2 targeted sessions per week.

Strength & conditioning: 1-2 focused sessions per week.

Structured climbing session: 1 session per week designed to complement your wall or rock climbing.

• Access to the Kaizen community, including forums, leaderboards, and a space for discussion, advice, and support.

Educational content: Monthly Q&As or webinars led by Buster or a guest coach, with insights into climbing techniques and training principles.

Does the plan include recommended scheduling?

Yes, the plans come with recommended training days to help you stay accountable and follow the program in the most effective way. You’ll also receive guidance on how to adapt the schedule to fit your other climbing sessions, whether it’s additional wall training or rock climbing days.

Does this program include one-on-one coaching?

No, this is not a personalized coaching program. It’s a self-guided plan supported by the community. While Buster and other members occasionally contribute to discussions, the focus is on the group experience.

Will I get feedback on my training?

The community forums are the best place to share videos, ask questions, and seek advice. While this is not a coached program, you can benefit from the shared expertise within the group.

Logistics

When can I start?

You can join at any time. When you sign up, you’ll start your first 4-week training block and be added to the Kaizen community.

How will I access the program?

All plans and resources are delivered through an app. Just log in, follow the sessions, and track your progress.

What equipment do I need?

You’ll need access to:

• A climbing wall.

• A fingerboard.

• Basic gym equipment.

How much time do I need to commit?

4-6 hours per week is sufficient to follow the plan. The sessions are structured to fit into busy schedules while leaving room for additional climbing on rock or at the wall.

Payments and Policies

How much does the program cost?

The program costs £65 per month.

What happens if I need to cancel?

You can cancel anytime. Once canceled, your access will end at the end of the current billing period.

Are refunds available?

No refunds are provided for the current month, due to the digital nature and immediate access to the content. We strive to be transparent about what you’ll receive so you can make an informed decision before signing up.

Can I pause my membership?

We don’t currently offer a pause option. If you cancel, you’ll need to rejoin when you’re ready to start again.
